Bookeen Cybook Gen3 Investigation

Bookeen has released some code (kernel and busybox):  http://www.bookeen.com/support/ebook-gpl.aspx.

No information about toolchain for building source code is provided.

Kernel

Information: 2.4.18+rmk7+pxa1, provided whole source tree, including configs and various garbage. Version matches the one in firmware.

Missing source code (compiled in, according to the firmware reverse engineering and provided configs):

drivers/char/einkdrv (whole directory)
drivers/char/einkdrv/eink.c

Busybox

Modified source code of the 1.1.3 version, hacked to build only fdisk applet.

Firmware contains busybox 0.6.3.
