glibc charset modules

We need some glibc charset modules in order to use iconv in our applications.

Please, suggest encodings you want to be enabled by default.

Here is my wish-list:

  • CP1251
  • KOI8-R
  • ISO8859-1

  • UTF-8 (works accidentally due to built-in support in Expat)
  • UTF-16 BE/LE

glibc-2.6.3-oi1 is buggy, so I was forced to roll it back.

Finaly added. This time all gconv modules were added, will be cut down in #108.
