Madshelf should be configuable to disable extracting PDF metadata

Description

After upgrading to 0.2-rc6, my bookshelf was messed up, because most of the PDF files do not have meta data set correctly. Even worse, I am not able to change most of them because they are locked. I would like to show the file name for all PDF files.

It would be nice if madshelf has an option to disable the behavior, and shows the file name only. A hidden option in ~/.e/apps/madshelf/config.eet is OK.

As a workaround, remove /usr/lib/extractors/*pdf.so
