"Favorites" and "recent files" should hide non-existing files

Description

Removed files are still hanging in "Favorites" and "Recent files". In order to make it manageable, let's do the following:

  • Non-existing files are hidden by default
  • "Remove non-existing files" context menu item
  • "Show/hide non-existing files" context menu item
