Screen update does not fit 0.2s timeout with rotated screen

Description

Sometimes screen is updated partially on N516 due to some problem either in X or kernel.

As a stopgap it is possible to increase timeout to 300ms in order to avoid partial updates in FBReader.

Timeout bumped to 0.3s in order to make FBReader work properly. metronomefb-support 0.1.2

Same on V3 in landscape mode.

Given N516 screen is rotated it might be related to Xfbdev or kernel driver.

New kernel for N516 contains pre-rotated framebuffer and screen update time fits 0.07s there.

Looks like the problem is in X server's shadowfb imlementation. Retitling.

With linux kernel 2.6.37 and kdrive 2:1.10.0 (patched to support fb rotation) it possible to set defio delay to 50ms on V3 and on N516.
