Footnote support

Hack FBReader (or whichever viewer is chosen) so that footnotes can be brought up at the top/bottom of the display.

To explain a real-world usage... I'm reading a book, and scattered through the text are small digits - 1, 2.... I press "2" to read the footnote, and at the bottom of the display, a window will appear, displaying the footnote, below the text. Once I'm done, press any key to make the footnote disappear.

Much less obtrusive than jumping to a separate page to display a footnote.

Footnotes like ones used in the last V3 firmware might be even better. The exception is a large footnote which takes half a screen or even worse.
