CoolReader can't follow hyperlinks to other files.

Any hyperlinks that lead to other files (ie. not internal hyperlinks) do not work. When you go into hyperlink mode it allows you to select them but when they are activated nothing happens.

Very important for Wikipedia mobipocket files available in many languages on  this German site. The index usually is in a file called for example wpfr.prc, and when a word is selected inside this opened file (5 -> index, then 1-> search in index), it tries to open one of the other files like wpfr1.prc, wpfr2.prc,... The single file versions work perfectly in CoolReader (in April Lbook firmware), like the March (März) 2005 German version available  there.

I should specify that I get this issues with HTML files. I have not tried any other file types with external hyperlinks (partly because I haven't come across any).
