Long key presses are enabled in "Go to page" dialog

Description

While in "Go to page" dialog, long key presses are not disabled. If you press and hold "5", you can find yourself at the end of the book when you leave the dialog with Escape button.

This is really a minor issue and it troubles me for the single reason that I sometimes use "Go to page" dialog as a workaround for the missing key-locking mode.

In current CoolReader 3.0.24, this issue does not applies anymore.
