Include Doulos SIL in firmware as a free IPA font

Description

The dictionary feature in cr3 needs IPA (phonetic) glyphs to display dictionary entries correctly.

Doulos is a free font with IPA glyphs. Please include it in the firmware, it's under OPEN FONT LICENSE

available from  http://scripts.sil.org/DoulosSIL_download

I guess the cr3 maintainer will have to change acouple of lines as well.

I believe fonts substitution will provide the necessary support on the system level, so it should work "out-of-the-box" for CR3 when font is installed.
